Special Conditions: A Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will be conducted at Umhlathuze Building, Gordon Road, Port of Richards Bay on 21 October2026, at 11:00am [10 O’clock] for a period of ± 2 (two) hours. The Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late. Bidders that are interested in attending the compulsory briefing must arrange their own permit at the Transnet Permit Office, Richards Bay. Bidders are encouraged to arrive early – at least three (3) hours before the briefing starts to accommodate the permit office queue /line.
