Special Conditions: Compulsory site visit: Transport from the Cape Town Observatory to the Sutherland Observatory will be available with accommodation for 1x representative from each company on a first come, first serve basis. Interested bidders should confirm attendance and whether they will be using our transport and accommodation by Friday, 13 February 2026 @ 12:00pm. Transport will leave from the SAAO Cape Town on Tuesday, the 17th of February at 10:30am for Sutherland, and return to Cape Town on Wednesday, the 18th of February, after the briefing. Interested bidders are welcome to use their own transport and arrange their own accommodation, for the site visit, at their own expenses but are still requested to confirm attendance.
