Bidder to provide a certified copy of their own valid SANAS accreditation certificate for Water Analysis ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (attach proof) 4. Service providers to submit a sample water analyses report. (attach proof) 5. Suppliers must be situated within the Western Cape only. Attach proof of address of laboratory where testing is to be conducted.
