Special Conditions: 1. Bidders must have a minimum Public Liability Insurance of R 5 million. Proof of insurance must be submitted with this bid. 2. Bidders must submit a Letter of Good Standing (LoGS) in terms of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (Nr. 130 of 1993). 3. A work schedule outlining the proposed work program must accompany this bid. 4. Accredited OHS Consultant Quotation and Commitment Letter - A quotation from an accredited Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) consultant, along with a signed letter of commitment, must be attached. This will be a mandatory requirement at the time of tender submission and must be included with the bidder's quotation. 5. CIDB grading of minimum of 1CE required.
